We have a method of cleaning
which we call "Rotation". This means every time we clean your
home, we select a different room for a "deep clean", individualized
to each home depending on lifestyle and use.
This
"deep clean" can include:

windows, window tracks
- high
dusting
- baseboards
& heat vents
- lampshades,
light fixtures
- cleaning
under furniture
- woodwork
and spot clean walls
- inside
of fridge and stove
- organize
and clean cupboards
Our
supervisor will visit your home on a regular basis:
- to
check quality
- to
ensure rotational sequence
- to
update file.
How
we keep our staff motivated to keep your home looking good on a continuing
basis. The best motivation for our staff is YOU! Nothing makes
our staff more motivated or pleased than hearing how well they have done
or how they can do it better. We support our cleaning staff with fun and
innovative bonus systems based on quality:
- We
highlight different weekly cleaning duties and techniques on which they
receive a bonus when an above average performance is accomplished on
our quality control checks.
- The
cleaners receive bonus specialty coffees and other incentives when a
customer phones in to compliment them on a Job Well Done.
